Patio Warehouse has just completed the installation of our new Elitewood Ultra-Lattice Aluminum patio cover. The entire project was a wonderful experience for us. When we originally called to request a quote, the call was answered very professionally, and an appointment was made for a salesman to view out patio area. The sales executive arrived as scheduled, discussed in detail the scope of work needed, presented material samples for us to choose, measured and designed our new cover and gave us alternate quotes to consider. We selected the Elitewood Ultra-Lattice quote. Our sales executive then returned to our home, verified his measurements, offered to assist us with our HOA approval, and scheduled an appointment for the installation. The installation manager called for an appointment, arrived as scheduled, reviewed the project with us, verified all measurements, established the installation date and approved the materials order. The installation completed as agreed, the site was cleaned daily, all with no additional charges. Everyone at Patio Warehouse deserves a great big "THANK YOU" for our beautiful patio cover.
